How does it work?

So how does the EMSCULPT®  treatment burn fat and sculpt the body? 

The first thing to know is that the treatment is pain-free. 

The advanced technology uses radio frequency to destroy fat cells with heat. High-Intensity Focused Electromagnetic Technology (HIFEM®) helps to contract muscles in the targeted area. 

This both leads to increased muscle density and a reduction in fat to the targeted area. 

Often 20,000 muscle contractions take place in one treatment!!! 

What to expect with EMSCULPT® treatment

At Perfect Body’s we can offer you a smooth, painless and comfortable experience with the EMSCULPT® machine.

1. First, we will give a consultation to check medical history and assess suitability. This will include looking at diet and nutrition. A consultation must be given with a qualified EMSCULPT® practitioner before treatment can start. 
2. Once a plan has been decided, we will take photos and measurements of the targeted area before any treatment, This enables us to easily measure results. 
3. The treatments take 30 minutes. Your practitioner will guide you through attaching to the machine and we will work it for you. 
4. We generally recommend between four and eight sessions and recommend attending twice a week for those sessions. 
5. Aftercare is important - we strongly recommend hydrating more than usual after treatment and eating well. 
6. Your Perfect Body’s consultant will offer advice on a food plan for after the treatments have finished, to help continue and maintain your journey. The treatment has optimal results when it is combined with a healthy and balanced diet and lifestyle.
